Refund policy

We do not offer refunds under any conditions.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

We do not accept exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or damaged from shipping. If you receive a defective or shipping damaged item, please contact us at gatewoodapp@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect or shipping damage including pictures. After this discussion and our approval, we will, at our cost, mail you a shipping label to return your product for an exchange.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect or shipping damage. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product. If after inspection of the returned item, we disagree, we will email you of our conclusion and return the original item to you at no additional cost.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be exchanged. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-exchangeable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where exchanges are not granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged due to manufacturer defect or shipping damage, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged due to manufacturer defect or shipping damage 

Shipping

We will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for exchanging your item.  If we agree to exchange your shipping damaged or defective product, we will mail you the initial shipping label for you to mail back the product. We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you or the original item if we do not agree with the damage to it being due to manufacturer error or shipping damage. 


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
